I suppose some of the people who are there, even though I'm not on the best of terms with them at the moment.

I understand that well. I miss my son most of all.

One of them could be considered a daughter. She's who I consider to be mine, at least.

She might be the one happiest to see me when this is all over.

Tell me about her, then?

Her name is Ciri. She isn't a daughter by blood, but she's one of the most impressive and possibly the most powerful of wielders our sphere has ever seen.

What can you tell me of your son?

Not all children are by blood. It matters little. He is a stubborn young man, who cares deeply. He is powerful, but he would be as his father's son. He is my little ray of Sun, my Horus. He is--- he is everything to me and for him, I would do anything.

There was a time when I didn't realize how much I would want to have a child of my own until that choice was taken away from me. But then I met Ciri, and that desire... it didn't dissipate, truly, but it changed, in a sense.

All the more essential, then, to see you returned safely to him when possible.

( uh oh ) Who took it from you? It is a gift to be a mother and many ways to do so That is my hope. I fear for his safety amongst my kin, amongst the dangers of our home. He is a good boy, but he is... He does not understand the complications of our family.

It was something I was made to give up in order to grant me the appearance I have now.

There are those who would seek to manipulate him for their own ends, I imagine. Or seize advantage of his inexperience.
